I am not a portal with a thousand listings. I guide you through the whole purchase myself — from the first message to handing over the keys. You deal with me, not with an anonymous office.
On the ground in Turkey I work with a licensed real estate agent: he shows the apartments, checks the documents and goes with you to the land registry. I make sure you understand everything and tell you straight if I don't like something.

How buying works
Most of the formalities can be handled remotely. You fly to Turkey mainly to sign — and if you can't, a power of attorney is enough.

Choosing online
We send a few matching properties and show them to you live on video.
Reservation
You pay a deposit and we check the developer's and the apartment's documents.
Signing
You fly in for a few days or sign through a representative. Our licensed partner in Turkey is with you at the land registry, and I manage the whole process remotely.
Keys and beyond
You receive the TAPU title deed. We help with furnishing, utilities and renting.
